Next Big Small Brand Competition

Hello again, truffleites!  Mimi Truffles has been very busy lately and we're excited to tell you about it!  We've just applied for the Next Big Small Brand competition -- the winner gets branding and design services from the Rooster Design Group, PR representation from First Press Public Relations, the opportunity for shelf space at Whole Foods and at the Brooklyn Flea, among other fantastic prizes.  This year, the competition is pitting San Francisco food producers against those from NYC, so we're looking forward to showing exactly why the City that Never Sleeps is truly the best place for culinary innovation.  We should find out soon if we are chosen as a semi-finalist -- wish us luck!

We've also been making lots and lots of delicious cake truffles!  We've perfected our recipes for some fan favorites -- dark chocolate, blueberry muffin, banana bread, cinnamon, and red velvet -- and we've got a few big things in the works.  Stay tuned!

Daughters Rising Launch Party!

mimi truffles is proud to support Daughters Rising, a new non-profit group that works with female artisan groups to raise money for Girls Clubs.

The event will be held at 549 West 52nd Street on the 8th Floor. Come on Tuesday, February 15, between 7:00pm and 10:00pm and support this wonderful cause. And don't forget to pick-up some complimentary RED VELVET mimi truffles, while you're there!

Dessert Tasting Event TONIGHT!

Join mimi truffles TONIGHT (2/10) from 6:00 - 7:30 PM at "Awaken Your Senses", a dessert tasting and calendar signing featuring the firemen in the City of the Brave: Firefighters of NYC calendar. The event will be held in the Museum of Sex gift shop located at the corner of W 27th Street and 5th Ave. It's free and open to the public! COME, it will be delicious ;)

NIGHT MARKET at Columbia University!

Happy Friday Truffleites! Get ready for an exciting event tonight. Hoot Mag, a student-run, fashion magazine, has paired up with mimi truffles for the Night Market at Columbia University. Hoot Magazine will be selling Red Velvet and Hazelnut mimi truffles and will have their newest issue unveiled! Join the festivities down at Low Plaza (116th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam) and be sure to stop by!

New Flavor: Pumpkin Spice!

Happy Fall Truffleites! In honor of the first week of October, we are unveiling our newest and most exciting flavor to date. We bring you the Pumpkin Spice cake truffle! With a rich pumpkin spice flavor enrobed in milk chocolate and crushed graham cracker to top it off, this new truffle with have you falling for Autumn!!!

Good Morning truffleites!

We are proud to announce that after taking a brief vacation, we are back! The famous mimi truffles Red Velvet cake truffles are back at Westside Market on 110th and Broadway in the spectacular city of New York. You will find them, as always, in the cake display case. We are looking forward to bringing you some awesome new flavors. Keep an eye out for our upcoming fall-themed cake truffles!
